其實冬天是為明年春天建立基礎的大好時機,除了休息與調整之外,良好的基礎能力培養甚至能讓你在明年賽季時脫胎換骨。

大腿內側肌肉很緊時,騎乘時容易往座墊前方滑動,以便有效降低座椅高度進行踩踏,但這會浪費掉部分動力。每組做20次。
